Mark Tran
Managing Director

Mark returned to Vietnam after 26 years in America to establish Transcend People, Limited in 2004. Previously, Mark was the Director of Business Development of Brainpower, Inc. an internet exchange for IT professionals and human resources consulting company. Mark was the General Manager for S.M.A.R.T. Inc., a business process outsourcing firm specializing in call center management. At S.M.A.R.T. Inc., Mark implemented projects for leading companies including MBNA Bank, Sanwa Bank, SBC-Pacific Bell, and AEGIS Mortgage Corporation.

David Tang
Operations Manager

David was General Manager of IFS Limited, an international logistics company where he established a new regional office for their west coast operations. Prior to IFS Limited, David was Operations Manager for WPC Consolidators where he built and maintained relationships with world-class companies including United Airlines, American Airlines, Cathay Pacific, American President Lines, and Maersk Sealand. He graduated from California State University of Los Angeles with a degree in International Business.

Sascha Spiegel
Project Supervisor

Sascha worked for several years in the international five star hospitality industry. He graduated from Hotel management School Thun in Switzerland with a Swiss B.A. degree in Hotel Management. In addition to that, he studied economics and language in France, Mexico and Australia.

Leanne Tran
Quality Assurance Supervisor

Leanne worked for a boutique Retail Property Consultancy advising some of the largest Supermarkets and Shopping Center Owners in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to that, she was awarded a cadetship with prestigious Investment Bank, Deutsche Bank, where she worked as a Corporate Finance analyst during her University years. Leanne graduated with a double degree in Commerce and Arts at the University of Melbourne, specializing in Finance, Chinese and Urban Planning.

Jimmy Tran
Project Supervisor

Jimmy was Producer of Theatre Rice, a Bay Area theatre company, organizing performance fundraisers for local charities. Born in Los Angeles and raised in Berkeley, he graduated from the University of California - Berkeley with a B.A. in Ethnic Studies.

Jennifer Yi
Quality Assurance Supervisor

Jennifer worked several years at Communications Resource Inc., a government consulting company in Washington, DC, providing human resource, identity management, and security solutions for strategic initiatives. Graduating from University of California-Irvine with dual degrees in International Studies and Political Science, she is currently also working to obtain her MBA at the University of Hawaii-HCMC.

Abigail Stratton
Project Supervisor

Abigail graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Economics from the University of Economics in Prague. At Waddell Reed and Financial Services, she developed and regionally implemented a national system to track client portfolios and growth.

Ken Tran
Board Advisor

Ken established and is the Managing Director of Tiger Drylac Vietnam, a joint venture with TigerWerk, a global leader in coating systems. In addition to Tiger Drylac, Ken is also the founder of CNCD, Ltd. a sales and service firm for industrial products, and is the only authorized distributor for Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq: NDSN) and EFD in Vietnam. Ken also serves on the board for Zi-TechAsia a joint venture with Zuellig Industrial Group.

Ken has a broad range of business, sales, technical, and operational experience across all business segments. His professional experiences spans over 25 years, in America and Vietnam. He returned to Vietnam in 1995 after 15 years in America in senior management roles with General Motors (NYSE: GE) and Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq: NDSN). Ken received his BA and his MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
