The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering, collecting, and or researching data, based on specific project requirements. This position reports to a Data Entry Supervisor.

Qualifications:

University graduate
Good command of English speaking, reading, and writing skills
Typing skills at a minimum of 30+ words per minute
1-2 years experience with data entry
Ability to perform data entry using multiple systems
Strong customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability and enthusiasm for working in a team environment

The Project Manager will work closely with clients to understand business requirements for multiple projects, develop effective working relationships with clients and team members, and manage ongoing processes. He/she is responsible for defining deliverables, resource requirements, and a work plan for the project and manage its development and successful delivery.

The Project Manager must also be able to forecast and plan projects from start to finish and within set guidelines. He/she must manage, monitor, and motivate cross-functional teams assigned to each project. This position reports to TPL's Operations Manager.

Experience with the whole project life cycle
Experience managing teams of up to 20 members
Ability to motivate team members to meet tight deadlines
Excellent customer service and client interaction skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and firm deadlines with minimal supervision
